I am Aisha•Balchandani and I’m 14 years old.I was born on March 20th, 2009, in the city called Shanghai.I’m a student who studies in Wahaha Bilingual School. I’m a girl of mixed blood.My dad is from India and my mom comes from China. I love both of the countries a lot!Now I live in China and I have lots of Chinese friends. I go back to India almost twice a year. There are lots of my cousins and friends.I am tall and I have long curly brown hair.I am a considerate and friendly girl.I have lots of friends and we have good relation ships.My favorite subjects are English and Math.I like Math because it is really challenging. And I like English is just because it is fun and it make me happy.I have some hobbies, such as dancing, playing piano and playing badminton.When I do the thing which I love,I feel a power in my body and it keeps me moving forward.I always try my best when I do things and I believe “practice makes perfect”. Now, let me introduce my hobbies.

DANCING-LATIN

Dance is one of my hobbies and it is my longest lasting hobby.The type of dance I am learning is Latin.Latin is a kind of sport dance and I started leaning latin since I was 5 years old.I found I was really interested in it and I kept learning it until now.It has been a really long time, isn’t it? When practicing dance, I sometimes feel very tired，practice over and over again.Sweat and tears accompany my practice，but I never give up.During my nearly ten years of studying Latin, I have been continuously improving and have won many cups and medals.I always feel proud about them.These trophies and medals bear witness to my efforts.My dancing skills are getting better and better!Here is a video of my dance performance in the assembly. PLAYING PIANO

I love playing piano!I’ve been leaning piano just a very short time but I really enjoy playing it.I love music since I was a little kid.Whenever I hear a beautiful melody, I always feel happy and relaxed.I think music is a beautiful thing, and a world without music has no soul and music is the most precious and wonderful thing in the world.I never feel bored when I play piano.My body always sways with the melody of the music.I practice it more than an hour everyday, because practice makes perfect!I will study piano continuously and I hope I can have a chance to perform it.

PLAYING BADMINTON

Badminton is the sport which I’ve studied at school.I just leant it last term from my friends.Actually,I’m not really good at it but I always try my best!I often practice playing badminton on PE lesson with my friends and teacher.I have been practicing many time a week and my badminton skill improved.Every time I finish playing badminton, I almost get soaked all over, but isn’t that the result of my hard work？At first, I couldn’t catch the ball at all, but now I can almost accurately catch every ball.I will be practicing it more and I wish I could play it better!
